Two's Company....

...and there's the crowd! As much as I love/hate covering city council meetings, this is quite possibly the largest crowd for one that I've seen an hour before hand.

Springfield has a history of bringing out the large crowds for hot button issues. Today's meeting is the 2nd 'First Reading' for this topic.
